I bought an UMAREX Steel Strike on or before April 22nd and requested next day delivery. I bought this rifle on a Thursday night expecting next day (FRIDAY) delivery and I paid for this. I didn't get the item until Tuesday. I asked for a refund from PyramydAir. I was told in no uncertain terms from customer service very concisely and standard response - NO.
I had the Steel Strike for only 2 weeks. On 3/2/2019 I was loading the rifle. The magazine has a portion on the magazine that you have to pull out to load in order for the BBs to get in position. Then you push this portion of the magazine back into the upper portion. It broke. Which means you can no long load the magazine. This renders the Steel Strike into a paper Weight. Then you contact UMAREX and find out that anything they receive via e-mail won't be answered for 2 business days! This is Thursday night. In all actuality I won't receive an answer until Monday or Tuesday. I tried buy a magazine at a local gun store. I was promptly told, "We won't deal with them. Not only do they not support their customer, or their products, but they're very hard to deal with as a whole!"
I bought this product feeling good about it, ignoring reviews of it which had some very valid complaints. I thought I would be the exception., I am not!
