If you receive an error when trying to enter a coupon or discount code, please verify the following information before contacting us:
- The coupon has not expired.
- You entered the code fully and correctly.
- Your cart contains eligible items.
Excluded products will display the image: on the product page
- Before-tax total meets the minimum required amount.
- The coupon is only eligible for first-time customers or requires a valid account.
- The coupon is valid for one-time use only.
- The code is not a third-party coupon like Retail Me Not, Honey, etc.
- You entered the code in the correct field (coupons and discounts are not automatically applied).
We send all coupons and promotional codes to the email address on file. Agents cannot provide coupons or promotional codes.
