- If you return a defective item within the eligible return timeframe, Pyramyd Air will provide a pre-paid shipping label (US Customers only).
- Labels are provided during the self-return process, or we will email you a label when we reply to your return request.
- Return shipping labels expire 10-days after being issued.
Please keep the tracking number until you receive your refund or exchange.
- Labels are only provided once, and agents cannot provide additional labels if yours expires.
- due to FedEx policies, we are unable to provide return shipping labels. If you have an eligible return, we will refund your return shipping after you email us a receipt of the charges.
