- Verify the 16-digit code is entered correctly
- Verify that funds still exist on the gift card
- Are you entering the last name of the purchaser of the gift card?
I am receiving an error message that the gift card has already been redeemed
- When you enter the 16-digit code on your order, the remaining balance will stay in your account for use on future purchases
- You will not need to enter the code again
