What can I submit a claim for?
Orders that arrive damaged – Requires photos*
*claims submitted without photos will be automatically declined
- Re-taped boxes
- Crushed and damaged boxes
Orders that arrive with missing items
- Some orders ship from multiple warehouses
Orders that were not delivered
- Check all possible drop-off locations (side or back door, office, neighbor)
When can I submit a claim?
Claims must be filed within
- 72-hours of expected order delivery or
- 48-hours after the tracking number shows delivered
Claims submitted after this timeframe will be denied
- Processing takes 7-14 business days
*Higher than average order volume and the shipping method can increase this time
**USPS requires additional time to investigate - We will notify you by email when the request is complete unless additional information or extra time is needed
