Orders that arrive damaged
All orders are inspected before shipping. If an order arrives in the less-than-perfect condition, such as re-taped boxes, crushed or damaged boxes, or orders that arrive with missing items due to damage during transportation, please file a claim.
Damage claims submitted without photos are automatically denied.
Orders that were not delivered
Please check all possible drop-off locations, including side or back door, front-office, or neighbors. Some orders ship from multiple warehouses. Please check your email for additional tracking information before getting in touch.
Customers must file a claim within 5 days of expected order delivery or 48-hours after the tracking number shows delivered.
Processing takes 7-14 business days. Higher than average order volume and the selected shipping method can increase this time. USPS requires additional time to investigate.
