To acquire an RMA number:
- Log in to your PyramydAir.com customer account.
- Click on "My Orders" from the menu on the left.
- Select the order you would like to return and click "Return or Replace Item*."
*Only eligible items will have this option
- You will be re-directed to the return site.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- If you have received a return label from Pyramyd Air, please affix it to the box and drop off the package at the nearest FedEx facility.
- Please, write the RMA number on the outside of your return package to avoid any delays in the returns process.
