When orders are more than two years old, we archive them. You can email us, and we can try to retrieve details from the order.
When emailing us, please provide:
- The order number (if available)
- The order date or date range
- The item(s) that are on order you are trying to locate
- Shipping zip code
Unfortunately, there are no guarantees that we will successfully locate your order.
