Where to find in-stock dates on the item page
The available order quantity or estimated dates are listed to the right of the order button in the item details section (1) and in the left column of the item description (2), as shown below.
Estimated in-stock vs. past due
|If an item is currently out of stock, we will list the estimated in-stock date next to the order button.||If an item is not received by the expected availability date, the status will change to notify you the item is past due.|
Pre Order and Notify Me
The buy button will change to 'Pre Order' when an item is out of stock.
- You save your spot in line for the next shipment when you place a pre-order.
- If the item is on backorder or you place a pre-order, we will notify you by email.
Please notethat orders are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pyramyd Air employees cannot provide order status beyond what is displayed in your account.
Request an email notification by clicking the Notify Me link under the order button. We will add you to the waiting list and email you when the product is available.
