There is currently no system in place to notify customers about the delivery of a return. If we provide a pre-paid return shipping label, you may follow the tracking information by visiting the FedEx Tracking website.
We will process your return within ten days after being returned to the warehouse. The process may be extended due to higher than average order volumes, improperly submitted return requests, and/or shipping delays.
Has it been more than 14-days since returning a product and you still have not received your refund or exchange?
