If we provide a pre-paid return shipping label, you may follow the tracking information by visiting the FedEx Tracking website
- We will process your return within ten to fourteen days after being returned to the warehouse
- The process may be extended due to higher than average order volumes, improperly submitted return requests, and/or shipping delays
Has it been more than 14-days since returning a product, and you still have not received your refund or exchange?
Please submit a request, and an agent will look into the matter as soon as possible
