Out of concern for our staff's safety, all returns are placed in quarantine for 48 hours before being checked-in. This will result in a short delay in processing your return, but it is the safest way for us to continue allowing returns at this time.

If we provide a pre-paid return shipping label, you may follow the tracking information by visiting the FedEx Tracking website.
- We will process your return within ten to fourteen days after being returned to the warehouse.
- Higher than average order volume, improperly submitted return requests, and/or shipping delays may extend this process.
Has it been more than 14-days since returning a product, and you still have not received your refund or exchange?
