You can request a return by logging into your account and clicking on 'My Orders.' If you do not have a customer account, please reach out by chat or email to set up a return.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
To receive an RMA number from your customer account:
- Select the details of the order that you want to return.
- If the item you are returning is eligible, you can click RETURN OR REPLACE ITEM and follow the on-screen steps to process your return.
- If you received a return label from Pyramyd Air, please affix it to the box and drop off the package at the nearest FedEx facility.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of your return package to avoid any delays in the returns process.
