If you need to return a product that you purchased from us in the last 60 days, you can do so by logging into your account and clicking on "My Orders." Select the order details of the order that you want to return.
If the item you are returning is eligible, you can click on RETURN OR REPLACE ITEM and follow the on-screen steps to process your return.
- If you received a return label from Pyramyd Air, please affix it to the box and drop off the package at the nearest FedEx facility.
- Please, write the RMA number on the outside of your return package to avoid any delays in the returns process.
