Returns are self-service
- If you need to return a product that you purchased from us in the last 60 days, you can do so by logging into your account and clicking on My Orders.
- If the item you are returning is eligible, you can click on RETURN OR REPLACE ITEM and follow the on-screen steps to process your return.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
- If you have received a return label from Pyramyd Air, please affix it to the box and drop off the package at the nearest FedEx facility
- Please, write the RMA number on the outside of your return package to avoid any delays in the returns process
