Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Answer

You can cancel your order from your registered account up until our warehouse starts preparing it for shipping. This time frame will vary depending on when you placed the order.

Cancel or modify your recently placed order directly from your customer account. 

The easiest way to know if you can cancel an order or remove an item is by visiting our website's 'My Account' section and clicking on My Orders.

1. 1. Log into your Pyramyd Air customer account.
   2. Select 'My Orders' from the Account Menu.
   3. Click 'Order Details' of the order you want to cancel.
   4. Click 'Cancel Order' from the order details section.
   5. Choose 'Yes' when prompted.
   6. We send an email confirming that your order has been canceled.

Cancel link is unavailable

If these options are no longer available to you, your order is too far along in the fulfillment process to cancel.  Instead, use our online chat to reach a customer service representative for additional support.
