You can cancel your order up until our warehouse starts preparing it for shipping. This time frame will vary depending on when you placed the order.
The easiest way to know if an order can be canceled is by visiting the 'My Account' section of our website and clicking on 'My Orders.' If you only want to remove a specific item from your order, you can also do that before it ships in the 'My Orders' section.
YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER FROM YOUR REGISTERED ACCOUNT UNTIL OUR SHIPPING TEAM BEGINS PREPARING YOUR ORDER FOR SHIPPING.
Cancel or modify your recently placed order directly from your customer account.
- Log into your Pyramyd Air customer account.
- Select 'My Orders' from the Account Menu.
- Click 'Order Details' of the order you want to cancel.
- Click 'Cancel Order' from the order details section.*
- Choose 'Yes' when prompted.
- You will receive a pop-up notification and an email confirming that your order has been canceled.
