Tracking information generates after your order leaves the warehouse.
Please note, orders may ship from more than one warehouse.
We email a tracking number for each shipment to the email address listed on the order. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder and whitelist our email address.
Registered Pyramyd Air customers view their tracking information from their accounts.
- Log into your PyramydAir.com customer account.
- Select 'My Orders' from the account menu.
- Click the '+' to view your order details and tracking number.
If you checked out as a guest and no longer have your tracking email, please Get in Touch, and a representative will look up your tracking information.
Customers cannot modify the delivery address after the order ships, but customers may contact the carrier to request a "Hold for pickup."
