Orders that arrive in less than perfect condition are eligible for a return and exchange.
If your order arrived re-taped, damaged, or anything less than factory condition, please take photos of the damage and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include the order number in the subject line. We will provide a return label and return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We will send a replacement when the damaged item is returned to us.
