I received an email stating there was an issue with my order; what do I do?
If you receive an email from Pyramyd Air that there was an issue with either your payment or shipping information, log in to your registered account to update your payment information. If you do not have a registered Pyramyd Air customer account, please visit our contact page to get in touch.
To update your payment information from a registered account, follow these steps:
- Select 'My Orders' from the account menu in the top right corner of any page.
- Select 'Order Details' of the order you would like to update.
- Click 'Update Order' from the order details section.*
*This option is only available for orders that require your attention.
- Re-enter your payment information and click 'Update Billing Data.'
Once your order has been approved and ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
