I received an email stating there was an issue with my order; what do I do?
If we send an email from stating there was an issue with either your payment or shipping information; log in to your registered account to update your payment information.
If you do not have a registered Pyramyd Air customer account, please visit our contact page to get in touch.
To update your payment information from a registered account, follow these steps:
- Select 'My Orders' from the account menu in the top right corner of any page.
- Select 'Order Details' of the order you would like to update.
- Click 'Update Order' from the order details section.*
*This option is only available for orders that require your attention.
- Re-enter your payment information and click 'Update Billing Data.'
Once your order has been approved and ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
