If you receive an email that we placed your order on hold because the transaction was declined, registered customers can update their payment information from the 'My Orders' section of their Pyramyd Air account.
To update your payment information, follow these steps:
- Select 'My Orders' from the account menu in the upper right corner of any page.
- Select 'Order Details' of the order you would like to update.
- Click 'Update Order' from the order details section.*
*This option is only available for orders that require your attention.
- You will be directed to the Update Order Billing Details page
- Re-enter your payment information and click 'Update Billing Data.'
Once your order has been approved and ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
